Refund and Return Policy
We want customers to feel confident when purchasing Mini VIDAS progesterone testing equipment and supplies.
Test Kits
Due to the nature of laboratory testing supplies, opened or used test kits cannot be returned. Unopened kits may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
Equipment Returns
Mini VIDAS analyzers may be eligible for return if there is a verified issue with the equipment. Please contact us immediately if a problem occurs so we can assist with troubleshooting or service.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.
