Mini VIDAS® Refurbishment Service

Send us your bioMérieux Mini VIDAS® and we'll get it back to reliable performance. We clean it, fully calibrate it and clear E160 and E161 errors, then test it before it goes back to you. This service is for dog breeders and veterinary reproduction clinics whose machine is showing error codes, running inconsistently, or hasn't been serviced in a while.

What's included

• Full interior and exterior cleaning, including the optical and mechanical parts where dust and residue build up
• Full calibration to manufacturer specifications
• Diagnosis and clearing of error codes E160 and E161, common faults that can stop a Mini VIDAS from running normally
• Functional testing before your machine is returned

Refurbishing the machine you already own costs much less than a new unit or a full repair.

Turnaround and shipping

Turnaround is about 3 weeks from the day we receive your machine. If you do your progesterone testing in-house, plan the service around your breeding schedule, and line up testing with your vet for any heat cycles that fall in that window.
